Powerful and elegant

Cuvée Sasha

The Viognier grapes are handpicked, hand-sorted and pressed whole. The Viognier juice is vinified in new Allier oak barrels. The wine is left on its lees for up to 6 months to go through malolactic fermentation and then racked and laid for up to 12 months. The Rolle juice is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and blended in to add acidity and crisp citrus fruit.

Viognier (90%) Rolle (10%)

‘Delicate yellow gold robe with silver highlights. Powerful and elegant nose with aromas of yellow flesh fruits: apricot and peach with subtle notes of violet, lime-leaf, pineapple and lightly toasted acacia flower. The mouth is voluptuous, round with a buttered touch and fine acidity which completes perfectly with ripe fruits. Pleasant finale on dried apricots.’
